I am trying to reset my group me password but I am not receiving the emails to reset it. How do I fix this?

    Are you sure you are using the email linked to your GroupMe account and checking the correct inbox? Make sure to also look in your spam or junk folder, and check that your email settings or filters aren’t blocking messages from GroupMe.

    If the reset email still doesn’t arrive, you can go to the official GroupMe support page to contact them for help recovering your account.
