Azure Lost access to my main Tenant; Unable to use Azure at all

I log into Azure, and I'm instantly greeted with this error:

The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account. And I can't even submit a proper support ticket without this error getting in the way. I can't use Azure services at all, and I'm just stuck.

So I can try and help you with your question, please can you answer the following:
- Are you trying to sign into your tenant through the portal here: https://portal.azure.com ?
- Does anyone else have access to your tenant as administrator?
- Are you able to sign into the Microsoft Entra site here: https://entra.microsoft.com/#home?
