Issue Details:
I accidentally deleted all IAM role assignments, including Owner and User Access Administrator.
Now, I am unable to add roles, manage billing, or access subscription resources.
In Azure Active Directory, my account appears as a Reader, and I am unable to change it to an owner.
IAM settings are completely locked, and I cannot assign myself back as an Owner.
No other admin exists in my tenant who can restore my access.
How to assign my account as an Owner of the subscription, and restore full administrative access so I can manage my subscription and billing.

Go to Microsoft Entra ID → Properties → Access management for Azure resources → Set to Yes
This grants the Global Admin User Access Administrator at the root (/) management group.
Otherwise, I suggest to open a support case with MS support to restore your access.
