To update Microsoft Store on Windows 10, you can follow these steps:

    1. Open Microsoft Store: Click on the Start menu and select the Microsoft Store app.
    2. Access Library: In the Microsoft Store, click on the Library icon located at the bottom left corner.
    3. Get Updates: Click on the Get updates button to check for any available updates for your installed apps.

If you are encountering a message about needing to update your browser, it may be related to the version of Microsoft Edge or another browser being outdated. Ensure that your browser is up to date as well, as some apps may require the latest browser version to function properly.

If you still experience issues, consider checking your internet connection or any firewall settings that might be blocking access to the Microsoft Store.

Hello lex luthor, thanks for posting this in our community.

The Microsoft Store relies on system components that are updated through Windows Update. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update, then click Check for updates and install all available updates. Restart your PC after updates are installed.

To update Microsoft Store, open Microsoft Store, click on your profile icon and go to App settings. Make sure App updates is enabled. Then go to Library and select Get updates to update the Store itself.

The Store uses WebView2, which depends on Microsoft Edge. Download the latest version of Microsoft Edge from the official Microsoft site, install it, and restart your PC.

To reset the Microsoft Store cache, press Win + R, type wsreset.exe, and press Enter. This clears the Store cache and reopens the Store automatically.

If needed, repair or reset Microsoft Store by going to Settings > Apps > Apps & features. Find Microsoft Store, click Advanced options, and choose Repair first. If that doesn’t work, click Reset.

Check if Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime is installed by going to Settings > Apps > Apps & features. If it’s missing, download it from the Microsoft WebView2 page.

If the issue persists, run the Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters, select Windows Store Apps, and run it.

    Kind regards,

    John Oli
