BLOCKED TENANT BLOCKS ME FROM AZURE AND DELETING ACCOUNT

As in description, old inactive tenant is inactive forever (not for 20 days) and I can't login to azure or delete my account. @VEMULA SRISAI I can't leave organization, login to myapps. Your tenants inactivity is not working properly and I have seen over 20 posts about same issue on your forum. Please, remove me from all tenants. The problem is:

On account.microsoft.com/organizations → no organizations are shown.

On myaccount.microsoft.com/organizations → I cannot log in because the account is personal.

On portal.azure.com → I receive the error AADSTS5000225.

I contacted Microsoft Support via live chat more than 10 times, and Azure Support once, but the issue has not been resolved.

Because of this, I am completely stuck:

I cannot leave the organization by myself.

I cannot close my personal Microsoft account.

I kindly request escalation to the Data Protection / Escalation Team and ask for manual removal of my personal account from the organization/tenant. This is the only way for me to successfully close my account.

The error message you are seeing indicates that your tenant has been inactive for more than 200 days after the billing cycle, which triggered Microsoft's process to remove inactive tenants. At this stage, the OMS commerce system places a login block AADSTS5000225, Twenty days after this block is applied, the tenant is permanently deleted.

To restore access, the tenant must have been blocked for less than 20 days. After 30 days, the tenant is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

We can reactivate your tenant only if it has been blocked for less than 20 days, please share the requested details in private message so that we can reactivate your account.

Once we have the requested details, we can proceed with your account reactivation

Are you sure that your deletion after 30 days is working properly? I see numerous people with same issue and I have this issue on 2 separate accounts I didn't use for more than a year. In my opinion your system of deleting tenants is bugged.

Bartek xyz Microsoft’s tenant lifecycle policy is working as designed: after inactivity, sign-ins are blocked (AADSTS5000225), and the tenant can be reactivated only within 20 days. After that, it’s permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. If you still see blocked tenants after a year, they are likely already deleted, but cached references or linked accounts may remain.

If you want us to check whether your two tenants are still within the reactivation window or already deleted, please share via private message: Tenant ID(s), the latest error timestamp, and correlation ID(s). We’ll validate the status against the lifecycle policy and proceed with reactivation if eligible.

I want to be removed from all tenants, from my perspective inactive for long time (more than 2 months ) tenant is blocking me from deleting my account.
