To manage your Azure subscription effectively and stay within a monthly billing limit of 2,000 INR, you can follow these steps:

    1. Monitor Your Usage: Regularly check your resource usage in the Azure portal. Use the Cost Management + Billing section to view your current spending and forecasted costs.
    2. Set Budgets and Alerts: Create a budget in Azure Cost Management to track your spending. You can set alerts to notify you when you approach your budget limit, allowing you to take action before exceeding it.
    3. Delete Unused Resources: Since you mentioned that you create and delete resources, ensure that you are promptly deleting any resources that you no longer need. This will help prevent unnecessary charges.
    4. Use Free Services: Take advantage of Azure's free services and credits available for new users. This can help you learn without incurring costs.
    5. Consider Spending Limits: If you have a subscription type that allows for spending limits (like certain Visual Studio subscriptions), you can set a spending limit to prevent charges beyond your budget.
    6. Review Pricing: Use the Azure pricing calculator to estimate costs before creating new resources. This will help you understand how different resources contribute to your overall spending.

By implementing these strategies, you can effectively manage your Azure subscription for learning purposes without exceeding your budget.
