Hello,
If you open the Start Menu, look for the power button in the bottom right-hand corner, push it; and while holding down the Shift key, push "Restart". You should see a screen that says "Please wait" if executed properly.
Once your PC restarts, you should see a screen that gives you a few options; out of those few options should be an option that says "Troubleshoot". Select that, and then push "Advanced options" and then finally "UEFI Firmware Settings".
Your PC should restart again, and you should now see the BIOS screen.
Look in the Boot or Security section (use the left/right arrows to navigate menus) and find options for the Secure Boot and TPM.
Once both of them are enabled, see if you can install Call of Duty.
If you need help at any of these sections, you can also take pictures and upload them here and I can help you like that as well.
Let me know how this goes.
