M365 copilot AI: where are my creations

after creating an image with Al theres a blue button on the top right that says "download"

once pressed i can select the file type, then download, copy or send to phone. after pressing download it goes through the actions, but doesnt send the file to the designated download folder, where every file i download goes, so where can i find these files, i dont even know what the files are named as to search
