i have open support case 3 ago days also paid 100$ for support plan no one replay me yet

how much time they take to responce

We see that Support Engineer explained how to check your billing profile ID in the Azure portal and confirmed that next year you will be able to renew the credits by going to nonprofit.microsoft.com.
