Wordpress connected Mysql DB not starting - no backups available

Our corporate website is down because the associated Mysql service has failed. We are losing leads and contacts as a result. I am not pleased that a resource that has promised SLA just disappears and then I have to upgrade my support plan just so that I can ask this question. I completely understand how important it is for you to provision staging slots within the same region, and I realize the current limitation in the specified region is impacting your deployment.

Currently, there’s no confirmed ETA for restoration of provisioning capabilities in region, but our engineering team is actively working on resolving the issue and restoring full functionality as soon as possible.

If services cannot be created there right now, it unfortunately means you would need to consider relocating your entire deployment to a region where this functionality is fully supported.

Is there a way for me to attach another DB? How do i create a schema that works with the Wordpress database and website
