Can not reproduce this on Canary build.
Report it in the Feedback Hub and use Recreate.
When cursor hovers over battery icon tiny window appears

Has anyone else seen this or know why this happens? When your cursor is hovering over the battery icon on the taskbar a very tiny white window? appears above it. Is this just a bug to be worked out? Its in the red circle
