To deselect or disable the proxy server settings in Windows, you can follow these steps:

    1. Open Internet Options:
      • Press Windows + R to open the Run dialog.
      • Type inetcpl.cpl and press Enter to open Internet Properties.
    2. Go to the Connections tab:
      • Click on the Connections tab.
    3. LAN settings:
      • Click on the LAN settings button.
    4. Disable Proxy Server:
      • In the Local Area Network (LAN) Settings window, uncheck the box that says "Use a proxy server for your LAN".
      • If you have the option "Automatically detect settings" checked, you can leave it checked or uncheck it based on your preference.
    5. Apply Changes:
      • Click OK to close the LAN settings window, and then click OK again to close the Internet Properties window.

After completing these steps, the proxy server settings should be disabled, and you can try opening the HealthStream app again.
