Chromium-based browsers stutter with HDR On Winodws

I have a Desktop with: R7 5700X3D - RX 7700XT

And I have always had this issue with system-wide stutter when using Chromium-based browsers (Edge, Chrome, Brave...) - the only workaround at the time was to disable Hardware Acceleration.

But that will cause performance issues too.

After multiple testing, I found out that Settings - Display - disable GPU Scaling fix the stuttering.

So just leaving this post "for those who come after" with the same issue.
