My pc did let me finish doing the requirements to get it actually redeemed and it’s been stuck like this for 13 hours now and I been waiting for my refund for 13 hours cause of my pc crashed on giving me the chance to redeem it successfully. Can I get my 6,750 points back please. I did customer support for it and it did nothing.
