If the Banks were held more Accountable and had to pay the customer back for the Fraud that should have been preventive I think you would find there would be a lot less Fraud happening. They would indeed but to have no choice but to do their job in protecting their Customers from this sort of thing. They obviously did not follow their own procedure for Fraud Prevention.
