After I went to the MacBook Genius Bar to fix my laptop, all the apps were deleted and my Microsoft account was logged out. Now, I am unable to use Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) because I cannot remember the Apple ID or username I used when I created my Microsoft Office account.
