Windows Passkey after bios update issues.

My friend is a bit of a shut in and has been having issues with his computer that we traced to the intel generation and bios issues.

So we flashed his bios with my help over the phone.

Afterward, its asking for a windows passkey to get in. He to his knowledge never set it up. Its giving the option to try to sign in with his account password , but then it wants an email verification and that never comes in his email. He also has very limited was to check his email as he doesnt have a smart phone or tablet. Is there a way around this whole mess on boot up? Or a way to undo the bios update for now so that he doesnt need it and can set that stuff up?
