MFA login failure by sms/phone

Dear Support,
i can not login to the Microsoft Partner Center with our only and one admin account, because the MFA process is failing with the following details:
Error Code: 399287
Request Id: d191c145-679e-4000-abad-a30448fe0800
Correlation Id: e2b79ba3-41c9-4717-8c6b-940c3fee92b3
Timestamp: 2025-12-20T08:59:46Z
I can only choose between the SMS and the Phone call method for the 2FA verification, there is no other option like using Microsoft Authenticator.
It is important to get access to this account because our Microsoft Partner ID is registered in this tenant and we do not have other user to login with.
Could you please reset our MFA login, so we can set up the Microsoft Authenticator method for the verification?
