    Hi Richard,

Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A Forum. I understand that your Cookies and Site Permissions are missing in Microsoft Edge on your Mac mini M4. First, please confirm that you’re using a supported Edge build. On macOS, these settings appear only in the full desktop version of Edge. Go to: Edge > Settings > About Microsoft Edge Make sure you're on the latest stable version.

Sometimes a corrupted profile hides certain settings.

    • Click your profile icon > Manage profile settings
    • Create a new temporary profile
    • Open Edge with that profile and check whether Cookies and site permissions appears under Settings > Privacy, search, and services.

If the menu appears in the new profile, your original profile may be corrupted.

Also, Disable any management or configuration profiles. On macOS, Edge may be restricted if:

    • A device management profile is installed (MDM)
    • Configuration policies are applied via Intune or macOS Profiles

To check: System Settings > Privacy & Security > Profiles. If a profile is managing Edge settings, some menus (including cookies and site permissions) may be hidden.

If your issue persists, fully remove and reinstall Edge again. On macOS, simply deleting Edge is not enough to clear settings. Quit Edge then Open Finder > ~/Library/Application Support/. Delete the Microsoft Edge folder and reinstall Edge from the official link: https://www.microsoft.com/edge.

The initial response might not address the problem. So, if your problem persists or you need any assistance, feel free to ask me by clicking "Add Comment" or "Post Answer" if you cannot add comment. This helps me can read your follow up. Thanks for your effort.
