Azure Tenant Blocked Due to Inactivity (Error AADSTS5000225) – How to Reactivate?

Hi, I'm a student with an Azure for Students account linked to my GitHub Student Developer Pack. I haven't used it in a while, and now I can't sign in to the Azure portal or access my credits/benefits. I get this error:
"Sign-in failed Error code: AADSTS5000225 Error message: AADSTS5000225: This tenant has been blocked due to inactivity. To learn more about tenant lifecycle policies, see https://aka.ms/TenantLifecycle Trace"
I can't submit a support ticket because login is required.
Is there a way to reactivate the tenant without creating a new one? Thanks

The error you received (AADSTS5000225) means your tenant has been marked as inactive. When a tenant is inactive for a long time, Microsoft applies a login block. If the block lasts more than 20 days, the tenant may be permanently deleted.
Tenant inaccessible due to inactivity
If the block has been in place for less than 20 days, we may be able to restore access by unblocking it. Please provide the following details via private message:
- Tenant ID
- Email address used to sign in
- Correlation ID from the login failure
- Timestamp of the failure
- Business impact and reason for restoring the tenant
