How to submit Excel add-in to AppSource? Cannot access Office Store portal in Partner Center

I am enrolled in Commercial Marketplace (12/17/2025, account: ******@beambuddy.co.uk) but cannot find where to submit an Office Excel add-in to AppSource.
Issues:
- Partner Center Marketplace offers only shows Azure products
- No Office add-in or Microsoft 365 add-in submission option visible
- Tried https://partner.microsoft.com/dashboard/office/products - returns 400 error
I have manifest.xml, screenshots, privacy policy, and all requirements ready.
What portal or program do I need to submit Office add-ins? How do I get access?
