Custom domain can't be verified in Entra Id

I am trying to add my custom domain name in Entra Id. I created a TXT and MX records which I positively can see when I query the dns service: User's image

But Azure keeps failing to verify the domain, after 24 hours. User's image

Is this an Azure bug? What can I do to get my domain verified?

Ensure the required DNS TXT record provided by Microsoft Entra ID is added correctly at your domain registrar and has fully propagated publicly, as verification will fail if the record cannot be resolved. If the domain was previously associated with another (unmanaged) tenant or the record already exists elsewhere, verification will be blocked until Microsoft Support releases or cleans up the domain. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/identity/users/domains-manage
