Hello,
I have lost access to portal.azure.com and my Microsoft 365 services and cannot regain access because my account is still tied to a tenant. Additionally, I lost access to my Microsoft Authenticator app, so I cannot complete sign-in verification for Microsoft 365 services and cannot add another sign-in method.
