Exams are not certifications. The MS-102 exam is only part of the requirements for the Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert certification. It can take 24-48 hours for results to appear on your Microsoft Learn profile under https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/credentials/?tab=credentials-tab. What you need to check and then do is covered by this page https://learn.microsoft.com/credentials/certifications/missing-certifications
Thank you so much Julian for your quick response, however let me just wait for another 24 hours , also I went to each and every section of this https://learn.microsoft.com/credentials/certifications/missing-certifications however I have not found single section which can actually help my above query.
I could see my result as pass in Pearson website but cant see in learn portal
I even didn't get the "congratulation" email as well !
Did you look at the final section which tells you to contact support?
