Is it investors?

Can someone explain to me why I am unable to get a customer service chat in a reasonable amount of time. I think its far past time to start eliminating companies that have eliminated the ability for a consumer to get support. Clearly Microsoft is one. I find a strange reacurrence in businesses who share some of your top investors. It almost seems customer service agents have been eliminated to boost the earnings of individuals and likely investors because as far as Im concerned your product is only as good as the support that comes with it. Making yours absolute trash. Can someone please infor me how to get an actual agent on. Im not talking waste of time AI Im talking a live customer service agent. Because Ive been trying for 2 hours. A legitamate answer soon would be great. I seriously cannot believe anyone buys this companies trash.
