    The VM start / configuration is part of the timed lab that is triggered upon student hitting a button. Student shouldn't have to jump through hoops to set up tools within a timed lab VM. The lab was to test AI knowledge and send results via OWA, not how to configure OWA. The lab instructions need to include steps for how to set up tools if student will be asked to use them as part of their work product or better yet, have the darn tool already configured and ready to go.

    Appreciate the help above, but unrelated.
