lost access to my azure tenant with no way to access it as I am the admin

I have an azure pay subscription I use for learning. I can no longer access this account as the phone I had as an authentication service has been lost and have lost total access to this account even though I get billed for it. I am caught in an infinite loop. I had to create a whole new account just to ask this question
