How do I activate the Hardware Dashboard in MS Partner Center?

Hello. I'm Jeong from PIXELPLUS.

We're having trouble with driver certification.

We own an EV driver for Code Signing, and its expiration date is November 23, 2027.

The issuer of the certificate is listed as <DigiCert Trusted G4 Code Signing RSA4096 SHA384 2021 CA1>.

The last signing date for the driver we're using is January 8, 2025. We're using a driver certified by on the same date.

However, our company's HW Driver administrators don't have access to the Hardware Dashboard. They say it's due to hardware program noncompliance, but I can't figure out the exact reason.

Please tell me what's at fault for our company's hardware program noncompliance. Did we pay a fee and not pay it? Or was there a problem with our company's driver and we didn't comply?

I'm feeling pressured by my boss every day these days. My MS certification expired a long time ago, and I still can't find a solution.

I know you're good at troubleshooting.

However, our IT manager tried all the methods you suggested, and they didn't work.
