I am unable to log in to Azure; I am constantly getting "Sign-in failed
Error code: AADSTS5000225
Error message: AADSTS5000225: This tenant has been blocked due to inactivity."
Answers here says that to fix the tenant issue, I need to loging but I can not log in.
MS support chat gives me the link to the MS phones support, but when I told them that I have a login issue with Azure, it says that I should go to the same page with phone support numbers. When I recall, it says the same information and breaks a call even not asking about my issue.

The error you received (AADSTS5000225) means your tenant has been marked as inactive. When a tenant is inactive for a long time, Microsoft applies a login block. If the block lasts more than 20 days, the tenant may be permanently deleted.
Tenant inaccessible due to inactivity
If the block has been in place for less than 20 days, we may be able to restore access by unblocking it. Please provide the following details via private message:
- Tenant ID
- Email address used to sign in
- Correlation ID from the login failure
- Timestamp of the failure
- Business impact and reason for restoring the tenant
