Are you using personal Microsoft account, or organization assigned email account to log into Teams?

What happened when you log in, what is the behavior, or what's the error? Please share as much info as possible.

Also, please let me know what OS you are using Teams on, Windows 11? MacOS? Phone?

If you are unable to log into Microsoft Teams, here are some troubleshooting steps you can follow:

    1. Check for Updates: Ensure that your Surface Hub or device is running the latest updates. You can verify this through the settings.
    2. Update Microsoft Teams: Open the Teams app, go to Settings > Check for updates to make sure you have the latest version.
    3. Review Azure Sign-in Logs: Use the Azure sign-in logs to gain insights into any sign-in errors. You can filter these logs by your device account to look for failures.
    4. Error Codes: If you see any error codes on the sign-in screen, note them down and look for specific troubleshooting steps related to those codes.
    5. Browser Issues: If you are trying to join Teams meetings through a web browser, ensure that Teams is added as a trusted site in your browser settings. For Internet Explorer or Edge, go to Internet Options > Security > Trusted Sites and add the necessary URLs.
    6. Reinstall Teams: If the issue persists, consider uninstalling and then reinstalling the Teams application. Make sure to delete any existing Teams folders in the app data before reinstalling.
    7. Support Request: If none of these steps resolve the issue, you may need to create a support request with Microsoft, including any error codes and log files.

By following these steps, you should be able to troubleshoot the sign-in issues with Microsoft Teams.
