UNABLE TO ADD POP MAIL AND SMTP MAIL TO OUTLOOK 2019 WITH YAHOO

Comcast recently took away their internet service and has recommended I switch to YAHOO. When I try to update the POP MAIL and SMTP Mail it does not work. I can do it on my iPhone, and it works fine. There is not a selection for Yahoo only selections available are POP, google, exchange, and 365. Is my software too old to make the switch? Any ideas to make Outlook 2019 work with Yahoo?

Outlook 2019 is not too old. Yahoo works fine in it, but you must use a Yahoo app password and set the account up as IMAP. The Add Account window will not show a Yahoo button, that is expected. Do this once and it will sync normally.
