Recovering Microsoft Autentificator passwords

To recover your passwords saved in Microsoft Authenticator, you need to ensure that you have synced your passwords with your Microsoft account. If you are logged into Microsoft Edge, you should check the sync settings to ensure that passwords are included in the data being synced.

Here are the steps to check and enable password sync in Microsoft Edge:

1. Open Microsoft Edge and click on Settings and more (three dots in the upper right corner).
2. Select Settings.
3. Click on Profiles.
4. Go to Sync and ensure that Passwords is toggled on.

If you have not set up sync or if passwords are not appearing, you may need to manually enter them or check if they are stored in another location. Unfortunately, if passwords are not synced and you do not have access to them, recovery may not be possible through the Authenticator app directly.
