Need MFA Reset for Personal Account Azure Access

Hello Microsoft Support Team,
I am unable to sign in to the Azure portal using my personal Microsoft account. Azure is asking for a 6-digit code, but my Microsoft Authenticator app is generating an 8-digit code because it is registered as a Personal Microsoft Account.
I am stuck in a loop:
I cannot access Azure to re-register MFA
I do not see the “Use another verification option” prompt
SMS and email verification options are not appearing
I cannot reach the page to reset MFA (aka.ms/mfasetup) because it only accepts work/school accounts
I kindly request that you reset my MFA for this account so I can sign in to Azure again.
Please help me regain access.
