Currently, users cannot delete their own questions on the Microsoft Q&A site. Only moderators have the ability to delete questions that do not adhere to the site's code of conduct. If a user feels that their content should be deleted, they can report it, and a moderator will handle the deletion if deemed appropriate. This limitation is in place to maintain the quality and integrity of the content on the platform.
