I am not able to found the windows ISO image i need windows IOT LTSC 2021 ISO image could you please any of you help me with that .

The Windows IoT Enterprise LTSC 2021 ISO image is not available through public download channels; instead, it is distributed via Microsoft Volume Licensing Service Center (VLSC) or through your OEM/distribution partner. If you have Software Assurance or a valid licensing agreement, you can sign in to VLSC and locate the ISO under the product downloads section. Alternatively, if your license was obtained through an OEM, you may need to request the installation media directly from them. Please ensure that your licensing agreement covers Windows IoT LTSC 2021, as access to the ISO is tied to entitlement.
