Lost authenticator, can't login

Hello, I lost my authenticator to my main (admin) account on azure so I have no way of logging in, is there any way to contact the support to get this sorted? or get the verification code sent to my email or phone?
I'm at a loss, I've tried a few days to find some solution but with no success. I got a US phone number, but I do not want to call a US number which costs a lot per minute from my location.
