When you purchase an Office licence, the licence gets associated to the Microsoft account used to purchase Office as a digital licence, there is no method provided to move an Office licence form one Microsoft account to another account, if you need to move the licence to a different Microsoft account, you would need to contact Microsoft Support directly, try using this method to contact their support.

Go to this link: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus

Select Microsoft 365

Click 'Get Home Support'.

In the box provided, type billing.

Press Enter, then on the next page, scroll down and click 'Sign in to Contact Support'.

Navigate to Microsoft 365 and Office - Manage my Subscription.

Select the 'Chat with support agent in web browser' option

To activate your Microsoft product key, follow these steps:

For Microsoft 365 Apps for Business:
- If you purchased a Microsoft 365 subscription from a retail store, you can enter your product key by following the instructions in the Enter your product key for Microsoft 365 Apps for business.
- If you encounter an error message when trying to redeem your product key, refer to the guide on Problems with your Microsoft 365 for business product key?.
For Office LTSC:
- Open a Word, Excel, or PowerPoint file, then select File > Account > Change Product Key. Enter your product key and select Activate Office. You may need to restart the application to see the changes.
For Visual Studio subscriptions:
- After purchasing a Visual Studio subscription, you can activate it by signing in with the email associated with the subscription and entering the product key from your confirmation email. More details can be found in the Visual Studio subscriptions are available through the Microsoft Store.

Make sure to use the correct Microsoft account associated with the product key you are trying to activate.
