I have an old tentant, but i dont know Tenant ID. If i have only Correlation ID can i discover the tenant?

I am receiving monthly email with an invoice of using same services in Azure. But it was an ald account, i dont remenber witch service, witch account or witch tenant. So I dont know how to cancel it.
the only information that i have is the Correlation ID, i m not sure how can I use it, but i have to cancel this tentant.
Do you know how to do that?

We tried to sign int to the tenant using PII.com.br email. But it returns the following error:
and we dont have any action to click! But there is a bill open monthly, the costs is very low, but it still billing us...
