App registration in personal and not in the business version of the account. How do we move the app registration or upgrade the accounts?

Our team owns App Registrations in our microsoft account, and we want to verify those app registrations. However, one of the app registrations is under a microsoft account that has a "free" license, so we're unable get the verified indicator for our app registration.

This account has both a personal and a business version as well. The business version has a license "Microsoft Entra ID P1" while the personal version has as a "Microsoft Entra ID Free" license. The business version of the account has a P1 license, which does seem to support the verification indicator.

Is there a way to move our app regiastration from the personal version of the account to the business version of it? Or, can we somehow upgrade the personal version to become the same as the business version. We would like to avoid having to create a whole new app registration as that would then require all of our users to re-authenticate.

Any insight on what our options are would be really helpful. Thank you.

Thanks for the response. Do you know if it would be possible for our personal account to be added as a tenant to our business account? Our business account is under the same email, so it's not clear how I would add it as a tenant. I've seen instance that I can also sometimes invite and grant admin roles to my business account for a different account to then publish and verify for me under the more privileged business account. Would that be a possibility here for our domain?

Yes, our team would not want to create a new app registration since this will require a much larger lift and invalidating auth's for a lot of users. So, we'd like to avoid that if possible.
