I am planning a migration of an on‑premises Windows Server 2025 Standard 16‑Core instance and need to purchase a license that I can legally transfer to new hardware in the future. For reference, I have seen product codes such as EP2‑25187, EP2‑25194, EP2‑25451.

Could you please confirm which specific product code(s) I should buy so that the license is transferable to another physical server later on? For each recommended code, please indicate: (1) whether it is transferable, (2) any required steps or documentation to perform a transfer, and (3) any restrictions or conditions I should be aware of.
