Despuite Case - MS Calculator showed order value with no amount and refuses to refund

Hello Team,

We are having a despuite case with MS Engineering team , while we were placed an order on the CSP , the calculator showed the Total value with no price , and the SKU was educational so it confuses the person who placed the order and thought it was a free license . because the order was placed on the 16th of the month the finance team didnot noticed the amount before the 30 days cancelation policy .
We canceled the subscreption once we were notified by the mistake to prove that the customer is not using it .
Currently , the subscrption was deleted although according to the policy this license type acnnot be canceled and the team we esclated the case to offered to give us the 2000 license under the same account again knowing that this is not helping us as a partner to trt resell the subscreptions or to refund part of the amount. Is there any despuite team we can take this case to? i have tried to reach Intigrity team but with no luck.
