- Go to File → Options → Language
- Your editing language must show: Proofing installed
- If not, download: Office LTSC 2021 Proofing Tools and install it.
- Enable grammar options
- File → Options → Proofing
- Turn ON:
- ✔ Check spelling as you type
- ✔ Mark grammar errors as you type
- ✔ Check grammar with spelling
- Make sure these are OFF:
- ⛔ Hide grammar errors
- Recheck document
- In Proofing page → click Recheck Document.
- Install Windows language packs
- Settings → Apps → Optional Features → Add a feature
- Install English (or Arabic) Proofing Tools.
- Check your Word edition
- If your product is Office LTSC Standard 2021, grammar is limited.
- Best grammar support is in LTSC Professional Plus.
- Install Proofing Tools
