I was going to go on Add a Feature, but it was not here and it's gone.

Previously, I had a passcode to sign into my computer, now that passcode is gone, there is no security measure to sign in. I need that back into my computer.

In the latest version of Windows 11 they moved that setting, open the Settings App, then go to System - Optional Features - View or Edit Optional Features.

If the setting you want to enable is not available in there, open the old Control Panel, set View at the top to large icons, open the Programs and Features appley, then on the left, click 'Turn Windows Features on or off'.
