[URGENT] Unable to login to Azure portal. Don't have access to Authenticator app.

Hi team,

We lost our android phone that had the authenticator app for 2FA for our azure portal a/c
We tried to install authenticator app on a replacement iPhone.
In the authenticator app on this iPhone, when we login to our azure a/c, it keeps asking to approve sign-in using authenticator app (perhaps on the lost device). This is a infinite circular loop & no way out (as the other phone is lost).
We're unable to sign-in & have lost access to Azure portal. There seems to be no other way to sign-in. We can't even create a support ticket on Azure as unable to login to account.

We need urgent help. Pls. let us know whom we can reach out to resolve this. Thanks. User's image
