Please cancel my Visio subscription. Last month I sent an email canceling it when the bill arrived, and now I want to repeat 'cancel Visio subscription'. I don't use this product anymore, so I don't agree to pay for this service anymore.

To cancel your Visio subscription, you will need to follow the steps in the Microsoft 365 admin center. Here’s a general outline of the process:

    1. Go to the Microsoft 365 admin center.
    2. If you are using the Simplified view, select Subscriptions. If you are using the Dashboard view, go to Billing > Your products.
    3. Select the Visio subscription that you want to cancel.
    4. On the subscription details page, in the Billing settings section, select Cancel subscription.
    5. If you are within the grace period, select a reason for canceling, provide optional feedback, and then select Cancel subscription.
    6. If you are outside the grace period, you may need to turn off recurring billing instead.
    7. Repeat these steps if you have multiple subscriptions to cancel.

Make sure to save any important data before canceling, as access to your files may be lost once the subscription is canceled.

If you encounter any issues or need further assistance, consider reaching out to Microsoft support for help.

Please understand that our forum is a public platform, and we will modify your question to cover your personal information in the description. Please notice to hide these personal or organization information next time you post error or some information to protect personal data

    Dear @Marta Restrepo,

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Based on your inquiry, we understand that you need to cancel Visio subscriptions and download the invoices in your account. We will be glad to assist you with this

May I please double confirm that where was Visio purchased? Was it through your personal Microsoft account, your organization’s Microsoft 365 subscription, or via a reseller/partner?

Based on your description, since this is personal account, please sign in to the correct account that you used to assign the Visio subscription, and you can follow these steps to cancel it:

    1. Go to: https://account.microsoft.com/services> Sign in with the account used to purchase Visio.
    2. Find your Visio subscription: On the "Services & subscriptions" page, you'll see a list of your subscriptions. Locate the Visio plan you want to cancel.
    3. Manage or Cancel: Select "Manage" or "Cancel" (depending on the displayed interface).

If you don’t see Visio listed under your services at https://account.microsoft.com/services, you can still check whether your Visio product key has been redeemed using the following steps:  Go to the Office Setup Page > Visit https://office.com/setup > Sign in with your personal Microsoft account > Re-enter your Visio product key if prompted

To get the invoice in personal account:

    1. Go to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders with your Microsoft account.
    2. Find the Visio order: Locate your Visio purchase or transaction in the list.
    3. View order details: Select "Order details" or a similar option.
    4. Download tax invoice: If available, you'll see an option like "Tax invoice" or "Download PDF" to download the invoice.

If you purchase Visio via reseller or agent, you will need to contact to them directly for assistance in checking the subscription status and obtaining invoices. They are the ones who directly manage your service package with Microsoft.

However, since cancel subscription and refund request things need action/approval from Billing team, if you can’t sign in to the account linked to your Visio subscription, please Contact Microsoft Support directly: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/contactus. Explain that you cannot sign in and need to cancel your Visio subscription > They may ask for: Billing details (last invoice, payment method) and Proof of identity (email address used for subscription).

I hope this information is helpful. Please follow these steps and let me know if it works for you. If not, we can work together to resolve this. If I misunderstand anything, please feel free to reach out.

Please understand that our initial response does not always resolve the issue immediately. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution.

Thank you for your patience and your understanding. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.

I'm looking forward for your reply.
