Is there a way to go back to Windows 10 without losing all my apps and settings?

Since the update to 11, I have been unable to use my computer. All of my apps and files were removed by the update, along with my settings and passwords. The program will not let me go back for some reason but it also doesn't allow me to make and keep the changes I need to get back to work! This is insane and I really hate Windows now!

    If it has been 10 days or less since you upgraded to Windows 11, you should have the 'Go Back' option available in the Settings app Recovery section, to revert your system to Windows 10, if it has been more than 10 days since the upgrade, that option will no longer be available, and the only way to go back to Windows 10 is to backup your files, then create a bootable Windows 10 USB and use that to clean install Windows 10, and all your software would need to be re-installed.
