Violation of terms of service for normal image?

I recieved a policy violation for sending this photo in groupme:

This is a screenshot of the original image as it was originally deleted and to not set off the system again. Am I going to get banned? I filed an appeal and do not want to go to jail.

    Hi Phillip Snodgrass,

    Good day. I'm Jhun an independent advisor. In regards with your query, You’re not going to be banned or arrested. The image you sent is just a blurry screenshot of text, and Microsoft’s automated system might just falsely flagged it. This happens sometimes when the system can’t read an image properly.

    Your appeal was the right step. A human will review it, they will look at the image if it is harmless, and clear the issue. For the meantime avoid resending the image until the appeal completes.

    In my opinion, this will not cause legal consequences and nothing to worry about.
