Unable to access Co Pilot in the Entra admin center

This question is a repeat question previously posted as in this link https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/5580610/unable-to-access-copilot-specifically-in-the-entra. As particularized in the question. The users are not able to access co pilot only in the entra admin center. We have been asked to re engage with Microsoft support as previous remains unanswered. We will very much appreciate if a support engineer gets in touch with us to trouble this issue further.
