How to file a complaint in the UK against Microsoft!

Hello, I have been having multiple problems with Windows updates, that appeared ever more often and completely destabilized my system for months on end! I had a lot of interactions with the Microsoft technical service, which took many hours of my time, were very stressful and tiring! Recently I asked for compensation, as this created a lot of havoc in my life, needlessly! A lady called back and, although in a previous phone call she didn't say no, this time she started to talk about Notifications (???), and then said, no, Microsoft didn't think that I deserved any compensation, therefore I want to file a complaint with whoever here in the UK deals with complaints against such companies. She didn't give me that information, therefore I now demand that someone does! At a certain point Windows had to be re-installed, which took most part of a day, as the agent had to guide me through the installation. He wanted to access my computer, but nowadays one has all one's financial life and more in the system, so I couldn't allow him to do that. It was a huge mess, and I hope this will never happen again. Lots of complaints online............ Microsoft has to understand that it is OK to fix what needs to be fixed, but this was a mess and should not have happened. At a certain point in time, I would do an update in the evening, but another one was already announced in the morning. In order to try to stabilize the system I was advised to uninstall certain updates, but, as I was restarting my computer, another one would be installed. Absolutely madness!
