deregistering this device from the previous organization’s

Hello,

I am reaching out for assistance regarding a used laptop I recently purchased.

After performing a clean installation of Windows, the device is still linked to a previous organization through Azure AD / Intune / Autopilot. During setup, I am unable to proceed without signing in with the previous owner’s corporate account, which I do not have access to.

I contacted the previous user/company, but I have not received a response.

I am the legitimate new owner of the laptop and can provide proof of purchase, photos, serial number / service tag, and any other details required.

I kindly request assistance with deregistering this device from the previous organization’s management so that I can use it normally.

• Date of purchase: 17.11.2025
